Why we split studios into four pairs
Live roulette, a modern video slot, a classic three-reel machine and a crash game follow different rules. The data developers publish about them differs too. So we set ourselves a simple principle: the category decides what can be compared at all.
In each category two studios face each other – Evolution and Ezugi for live games, Hacksaw Gaming and PG Soft for modern slots, Novomatic and BetSoft for classics, SmartSoft Gaming and Galaxsys for crash games. How to choose between categories is covered in the category guide.
The differences are often surprisingly large. Hacksaw Gaming publishes the full ladder of RTP versions, while Novomatic keeps the RTP of its online games behind a B2B login.
How we handle the numbers
We work only with data the developer itself has published – on its website or in the game rules. For every figure we name the source and the date it was checked; the content currently reflects the situation on 8 October 2026.
When a developer does not state a value, we write ‘not stated’. We do not fill empty cells with estimates or with figures from unverified sources. For live games, where the studio does not publish RTP online, we turn to the rules of the specific game.
One thing always holds: the developer's value need not be the one a particular casino runs. An operator can pick a different version of the game, so we recommend checking the info panel inside the game itself.
An overview of all studios in a single table is in the provider catalogue.
Transparency in figures: a sample from four categories
The table below shows why we compare by category. Each pair publishes a different kind of data.
| Category | Studios | Where RTP is shown | Volatility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live casino | Evolution, Ezugi | in the game rules, not on the studio website | not stated |
| Modern slots | Hacksaw Gaming, PG Soft | on the game page; Hacksaw in several versions | Hacksaw 1–5 scale, PG Soft in words |
| Classic slots | Novomatic, BetSoft | Novomatic B2B only, BetSoft publicly | Novomatic 1–5 scale, BetSoft in words + Hit Rate |
| Crash / instant | SmartSoft Gaming, Galaxsys | a range depending on configuration | not stated |

Where a cell looks thinner, that is not a gap on our side. It is information in its own right – and worth factoring in when you choose a game.
What you will not find here
- star ratings or rankings of the ‘best’ studios,
- user reviews,
- promises of winnings or tips on how to ‘beat’ a game,
- claims about Dukat.bet licences, payments, limits or payout speed,
- game counts in the lobby, which change and which we cannot verify independently.
For bonuses, we give only the name and size of the offer as Dukat.bet publishes it, and refer to the operator's official text for the terms.
The portal and the casino operator
We are not a casino. We do not manage player accounts, accept deposits or pay out winnings. When we mention Dukat.bet, it is for context – for example, which studios we found in the provider list at our last check.
So please send account questions to Dukat.bet support. Write to us if you spot an incorrect or outdated figure.
