Crash games are compared differently from slots
With slots, studios can be compared by grid, bonus rounds and volatility scale. With crash games most of those criteria fall away. There are no reels or lines, just one rising multiplier and the moment the player cashes out.
So in the crash/instant category we track other things. How wide the RTP range is and what it depends on, which auto cash-out tools the game offers, how many bets run at once and who sets the win cap.
In our comparison SmartSoft Gaming faces Galaxsys. Both focus on fast games, but each has its own style. The full duel with a criteria table is on the SmartSoft vs Galaxsys page.

Being in the provider list says something about the studio, not about a specific game. Whether JetX is available in the lobby, check by searching directly at the casino.
From Georgia to Malta
The studio was founded in 2015 in Georgia. Today its legal framework is Smartsoft Limited, based in Birkirkara, Malta, the country that hosts a large part of the European iGaming industry.
Within the category this is useful context. SmartSoft is not part of a large brand group like Evolution and names no parent company on its official website. It operates as a standalone studio with a clear focus.
That focus is fast games. The studio presents them under the X Games label, and its flagship is JetX. The game came out in 2018, when the crash format was still finding its place in casino lobbies, and by SmartSoft's own account it was the first to turn it into a flight.
We don't give a title count. With fast-growing portfolios it changes too often to be of any value when choosing a game.
JetX: a flight you end yourself
| Game | Studio | RTP | Volatility | Format | Max win | Release | Source / date |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| JetX | SmartSoft Gaming | 96.2–98.9% depending on configuration | not stated | crash (aircraft, rising multiplier) | not stated, cap set by the operator | 2018 | smartsoftgaming.com + in-game rules, verified 8 Oct 2026 |
According to the studio, this is the first flying crash game. The principle is simple: the plane takes off, the multiplier climbs and at a random moment the flight ends. Anyone who cashed out earlier takes the stake times the current value; anyone who didn't make it loses the bet.
The controls are where it gets interesting. A single round can carry up to four simultaneous bets, each with its own cash-out. Autoplay and Auto Cashout are available, the latter letting you set the auto cash-out multiplier in advance. The lowest possible multiplier is 1.01x.
The game also shows live round statistics. They make interesting reading, but past rounds say nothing about the next one.
A walkthrough of how a round plays out is on the JetX page.
Why JetX has an RTP range instead of a single figure
For JetX the studio states an RTP of 96.2–98.9% depending on configuration, with the highest value applying at the lowest cash-out. In other words, the theoretical return shifts with the cash-out multiplier the player chooses.
With slots we are used to different RTPs meaning different game versions, one of which the operator picks. In a crash game, the player's decision comes into play too. The range is therefore not imprecision; it is a property of the format.
In practical terms:
- 98.9% is not a value you can count on in every round,
- higher cash-out targets mean rarer but bigger wins,
- the exact configuration at a given casino is only found in the rules of the launched game.
The range quoted is the manufacturer's figure. An operator may run its own settings; the in-game rules and info panel are what count.
Five lines in the JetX rules worth reading
Crash game rules are short, but they hold what the manufacturer can't put on its website: the operator's actual settings. Before your first round, go through these points:
- RTP and its link to cash-out. Check whether the rules give a range or a single value, and at which cash-out it applies.
- Maximum win. As the cap is set by the operator, this is the only place to find it. Sometimes it is a multiple, sometimes a fixed amount per round.
- Minimum and maximum bet. With four simultaneous bets, the limit may apply to each one separately.
- What happens on disconnection. The rules usually describe what happens to a bet if the connection drops mid-flight, and with Auto Cashout it is often different from a manual cash-out.
- Rounding and minimum multiplier. The manufacturer states a lowest multiplier of 1.01x; how a win is rounded is again a matter for the rules.
It takes two minutes, and it saves you wondering why a payout looks different from what you expected.

Round pace as a hidden risk
A crash round lasts anywhere from an instant to a few seconds. Between rounds there is only a short pause to place a bet. In an hour, far more decisions go by than with slots or live roulette.
That has two consequences. Your budget goes faster than you expect, and the feeling that ‘the next round will even it out’ comes more often.
Illustrative example (not Dukat.bet parameters): a player has four bets of 0.50 EUR in a round, so 2 EUR per round. Over 60 rounds that is 120 EUR turnover, even though each bet looks small. This is exactly the kind of sum that gets lost at a fast pace.
Simple discipline helps.
Use Auto Cashout as a tool for sticking to a plan, not for chasing high multipliers. With four simultaneous bets, work out your total stake per round, not just one bet. And set a limit in your account before you play; we describe the tools on the responsible gaming page.
No cash-out setting brings an assured profit. It only changes the balance between how often and how big the wins are.
Instant Bonus and SmartSoft games
Crash and instant games have their own offer at Dukat.bet: Instant Bonus – 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. Which games count towards it, what the requirements are and how long it runs, check in the official bonus terms, where the wording is always current.
With crash games it pays to read the terms especially carefully. Short rounds and low cash-out multipliers can be treated differently in the bonus rules.
