Why the catalogue has four shelves, not one ranking
An alphabetical list of studios looks neutral but misleads in practice. Evolution and Hacksaw Gaming sit a few lines apart in it, although they have almost nothing in common: one streams live tables, the other builds bonus rounds on a 5×5 grid. Comparing them is like comparing a bus with a bicycle.
That is why we split the catalogue by game category. Live casino, modern video slots, classic slots with land-based roots and crash games each raise different questions for the player. Every shelf holds two studios that can be measured with the same yardstick.
Interestingly, the shelves don’t differ by genre alone. They also differ in how many numbers their residents show publicly, and that is exactly what we track in the table below.
If you want to see the studios straight in the lobby, start with the providers section. Direct entry: Dukat.bet game providers

The big table: who publishes what and where to find it
Ten criteria for eight studios. Studio data comes from their official websites, game data from the manufacturers’ canonical game pages and game rules (checked on 8 October 2026). The Dukat.bet column records the provider list as of the same day.

You can read it two ways. Across the rows you get a quick studio profile; down the columns you see where the market is open and where it isn’t. The ‘Public RTP’ column says the most: full figures come only from slot studios with online roots and from BetSoft.
The same applies to every percentage. It is the manufacturer’s figure, and the operator may deploy a different game version, so the info panel has the last word.
The live shelf: one group, two styles
Evolution was founded in 2006 and today is Evolution AB (publ), based in Stockholm, with shares traded on Nasdaq Stockholm. It is also a group of brands, including NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City and Ezugi. It made its name with live game shows, where it was a pioneer (Dream Catcher), then with Lightning Roulette and the First Person series, i.e. RNG versions of live games.
Ezugi, founded in 2012, was bought by Evolution in 2018. Its official website does not give a head office. Its style is more local: streams from land-based casinos, EZ Dealer Roulette, the Ultimate series and games such as Andar Bahar and Teen Patti.
The sample games illustrate the difference well. Red Door Roulette (Evolution, 2023) is single-zero roulette with bonus numbers carrying keys and random 2x–20x multipliers. Ultimate Roulette (Ezugi, 30 March 2023) works with five Lucky numbers carrying 50x–1,000x multipliers and lets you buy up to three more.
Both studios share one habit. Don’t look for RTP on their websites; it is only in the rules of each game. The leader’s profile is on the Evolution page.
Modern slots: a version ladder versus portrait mobile play
Hacksaw Gaming started in 2018 as an RGS platform. Behind the brand are Hacksaw AB from Stockholm and HGMT Ltd from Malta. The studio’s signatures are FeatureSpins™ (BonusHunt, for instance), DuelReels™, Bonus Buy and, since 2023, OpenRGS. What matters most for our portal is that it lists the full RTP version ladder and a 1–5 volatility rating for every game.
PG Soft was founded in 2015, is based in Valletta, Malta, and does not name a group. Its games are designed for the phone first, and several can be played in portrait mode. It is known for the Ways series (Mahjong Ways) and the Fortune series (Fortune Tiger).
The difference lies in philosophy. Hacksaw gives the player plenty of choices (buy the bonus, pick the bonus round type), while PG Soft relies on smooth play and cascades. The ladder is covered in detail on the Hacksaw Gaming page.
Both slot shelves are linked at Dukat.bet to the Slots Bonus — 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. Check the terms in the official bonus conditions.
The classic shelf: an Austrian gaming hall and 3D from Malta
Novomatic was founded in 1980 by Johann F. Graf in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria. The NOVOMATIC AG group comes from the land-based world (machines, gaming halls), and its Vienna-based online division Greentube has been part of it since 2010. Players know it through the Novoline classics (Ultra Hot, Dolphin's Pearl) and the newer Diamond Link and Win Ways™ series.
BetSoft has operated in Valletta since 2006 and is known for Hold & Win, ‘THE Series’ and 3D slots. What sets it apart is openness: besides RTP and volatility it also publishes the Hit Rate, i.e. how often a round ends in a win.
The sample games show this clearly. Novomatic’s Ultra Hot deluxe has three reels, five lines and no wilds, scatters or free spins, just ‘three in a row’. BetSoft’s Hot Lucky 7's has five reels, 1,024 ways, a wild with a multiplier and Buy Feature. Both titles build on classic aesthetics, but each reads them differently.
So ‘classic’ doesn’t mean one school. Novomatic keeps RTP for B2B clients, BetSoft puts the numbers on the table. How to work with that is covered on the BetSoft page.
The crash shelf: a plane from Georgia, sweets from Yerevan
SmartSoft Gaming was set up in 2015 in Georgia and operates legally through Smartsoft Limited in Birkirkara, Malta. Besides the X Games family, it is behind JetX, which the studio calls the first flying crash game (2018).
Galaxsys is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and operates through the licensee Digitain (MT) Ltd. It does not give a founding year. Its portfolio consists of crash and fast games such as Ninja Crash, Rocketon and Tower Rush.
The games differ in principle. JetX is a classic crash: the plane climbs, the multiplier rises and the player can hold up to four bets at once, with Autoplay and Auto Cashout. Ninja Crash is a fast game where the player ‘slices’ jumping sweets carrying odds and decides after each win whether to carry on or cash out.
On this shelf RTP is given as a range, because the outcome depends both on the operator’s settings and on the moment you cash out. The studio profile is on the SmartSoft Gaming page.
Other brands on the provider list
During our check on 8 October 2026 we also saw other names on the Dukat.bet provider list: Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Spribe and SA Gaming. We don’t write profiles for them, as they don’t fit our four head-to-heads.
One detail is instructive, though. NetEnt belongs to the Evolution group, yet Evolution itself was not on the list that day. Group membership says nothing about availability in the lobby.

How to use the catalogue in three steps
- Category first. If you aren’t sure whether a live table or a fast crash round appeals to you, the category decision table will help.
- Then the pair. Within a shelf, compare both studios on the columns that carry weight in that category.
- Finally, the info panel. Before your first bet, open the in-game information and check the RTP version the particular casino uses.
Don’t skip the third step.
The catalogue shows what the manufacturer promises on paper, not how a specific operator has set things up. Whatever the studio, this is a game with risk and no assured profit.
