Frequently asked questions: categories, data and studios

Most of the questions we receive come back to one issue: why one studio gives us exact figures and another does not. The answers below are short and point to the pages where each topic is covered in more depth.

Before you read the answers

Every RTP, volatility or maximum win figure we quote comes from the developer's own website or from the game rules, and we add the date we checked it (currently 8 October 2026). Where a developer does not publish a number, we say so plainly – we never fill the gap with an estimate.

The developer's figure is only a starting point, though. A casino can run the game in a different version, so the info panel inside the game is what counts.

For fuller explanations, see our category selection guide and the individual studio match-ups.

What this list cannot answer

We cannot help with questions about your account, deposits, withdrawals or how bonus terms apply in a specific case. Those belong with the Dukat.bet operator's support team. The Contact page lists how to write to us and which questions we can handle.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you only compare studios within a single category?
Because each category has its own measurable parameters. With slots you can talk about volatility and maximum win, with live roulette it is more about betting rules, and with crash games it is the RTP range and the cash-out. Putting Evolution next to Hacksaw Gaming would mean comparing things that simply do not line up. That is why we work with four pairs – the overview is on the [home page](/en/).
Why don't live studios list RTP on their websites?
Neither Evolution nor Ezugi shows table RTP on its showcase pages; you will find it in the table rules, available directly in the game window. Red Door Roulette, for instance, lists 97.30% for all bets except Straight Up and 97.09% for Straight Up (checked on 8 October 2026).
Why do you say the RTP of Novomatic games is not publicly available?
Novomatic distributes its online games through Greentube, which makes RTP values available only to logged-in B2B clients. So we have no public figure for Ultra Hot deluxe or Dolphin's Pearl deluxe. The only reliable place to look is the game's info panel at a casino that offers it. More on the [Novomatic](/en/novomatic/) page.
What does Hit Rate mean for BetSoft games?
Hit Rate shows the share of spins that land some kind of win, whatever its size. According to BetSoft, Hot Lucky 7's has a Hit Rate of 16.80%, which works out to a win in roughly one spin out of six. It tells you nothing about how big those wins are, though.
Are the 1–5 volatility scales at Hacksaw and Novomatic the same?
No. Both studios use a five-step scale, but each calibrates it in its own way. Densho, rated 4/5 by Hacksaw, and Ultra Hot deluxe, rated four by Novomatic, will not necessarily play in a similar way. Only compare the scale within one developer's catalogue.
Why do crash games have an RTP range rather than a single number?
The actual return depends on the configuration the operator chooses. SmartSoft gives 96.2–98.9% for JetX, with the highest value applying at the lowest cash-out. Galaxsys lists 97.17–98% for Ninja Crash. The specific version in use is stated in the game rules.
Can I find Evolution tables at Dukat.bet?
When we went through the Dukat.bet studio list on 8 October 2026, Evolution was not on it. Ezugi, part of the same group since 2018, was. The line-up changes, so check the current situation directly in the lobby.
Do all categories work equally well on mobile?
Not quite. PG Soft builds its games primarily for phones, including portrait mode. A live stream needs a stable connection, and with crash games it matters how quickly you can hit the cash-out button. We go into the details in the mobile section.
Which bonus is linked to slots?
For slots, Dukat.bet lists the Slots Bonus – 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. The official bonus terms are the only valid source; we neither copy nor interpret them. Crash games have an offer of their own, which we describe in the crash studio match-up.
Who is behind this portal?
We are an independent information portal with an address in Budapest. We run no casino and hold no player accounts. How we work with data is described on the [About us](/en/about/) page.
