When to write to us
We are a portal about studios and their games, so we can answer questions about the content we have published. Typical situations include:
- something unclear in a comparison of two studios within a category,
- a question about where a specific figure comes from and when we checked it,
- a difference between a value on our site and on the developer's website,
- a broken link or a mistake in a table.
If you are looking for an explanation of terms such as Hit Rate or the 1–5 volatility scale, try the FAQ first. The answer may already be there.
Account, deposit, payout: Dukat.bet handles that
We have no access to player accounts. We cannot see your transactions, change account settings or judge why a bonus was or was not credited.
For questions about registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals and bonus terms, please contact Dukat.bet customer support. You will find the contact channels inside the casino; we do not list them or their response times, as these may change.
The same goes for setting limits or self-exclusion. General information on these tools is on the Responsible gaming page.
How to report an incorrect figure
Corrections are welcome. To help us check them quickly, please include in your e-mail:
- the address of the page on our portal,
- which figure you believe is wrong (e.g. RTP, volatility, max win),
- a link to the developer's source or the game rules where you saw a different value,
- the date you opened that source.
Illustrative example (not Dukat.bet parameters): ‘On the Densho page you list 96.40%. On the developer's website on 8 October 2026 I saw a different value – link attached.’ A message like this can be compared with the source straight away, whereas a general ‘your numbers are wrong’ leads to more back-and-forth.
Bear in mind that a casino may run a game in a different version from the one the developer lists. A difference between our figure and the in-game info panel is therefore not necessarily a mistake – we take figures from the developer, not from a particular lobby. How we work with data is described on the About us page.
For studios that do not publish RTP publicly (Novomatic's online games, for example), we will not add a figure even after a tip-off. We need a public source from the developer.
What happens to your e-mail
